KALLAN | FREE EDIT

NYC Girls Day Out

Brunch at Tiffany's. A little Fifth Avenue. Your choice of Broadway or spa. Cocktails at The St. Regis. Then get dressed for dinner.

THE MOOD

Fun, polished and very New York.

This isn't a day of wandering around deciding what to do next. KALLAN made the choices: one memorable brunch, a tight shopping edit, one genuinely fun afternoon experience, an Old New York cocktail and dinner that feels like an occasion.

Tiffany and Fifth Avenue in New York
10:30 AM

Start with breakfast at Tiffany's.

10:30 AM | BRUNCH

Blue Box Café at Tiffany & Co.

Start inside The Landmark on Fifth Avenue. Blue Box Café by Daniel Boulud is polished, playful and exactly the kind of New York-only moment that earns its place in a girls day. Book the café rather than hoping to wander in.

KALLAN MOVE
Make this the experience, not just fuel. Choose the Breakfast at Tiffany's option if it's offered for your date, then give yourselves a little time afterward to explore The Landmark before leaving.
12:00 PM | THE KALLAN SHOPPING EDIT

Three stops. That's enough.

01 | Tiffany Landmark: finish the building you just had brunch in — don't rush straight back onto Fifth. 02 | Bergdorf Goodman: walk north for the beauty floor, accessories and the windows. 03 | Saks Fifth Avenue: one final flagship stop on the way south before the afternoon split.

WHY THIS WORKS
No group vote, no six-hour shopping marathon. These three give you the Fifth Avenue feeling without letting shopping swallow the entire day.
PICK YOUR AFTERNOON

Curtain call or robe on?

KALLAN picked both. Choose based on the group's mood, then meet back at The St. Regis for cocktails.

OPTION A | 2:00 PM

& Juliet

If you want the high-energy version of the day, make it a Broadway matinee. & Juliet is the KALLAN pick because it feels celebratory rather than serious — pop music, big energy and exactly the right mood for a group day.

KALLAN TIMING
Saturday performances are commonly at 2 PM, but confirm your exact date before building the day around it. Take a cab from Fifth Avenue to the Stephen Sondheim Theatre and head straight to The St. Regis after the show.
OPTION B | 2:00 PM

Guerlain Spa at The Plaza

If everyone would rather exhale, go to The Plaza. Book a facial or massage at Guerlain Spa and keep the afternoon deliberately indulgent. It's close enough to the rest of the day that the spa doesn't become a logistics project.

KALLAN MOVE
Book the same-length services so nobody is sitting around waiting. Allow time to change and enjoy the spa, but be ready to leave for The St. Regis around 4:15–4:30.
OPTIONAL KALLAN SPLURGE
If the spa group finishes early — or you skip both afternoon options — Caviar Russe is nearby for Champagne and one decadent bite. Keep it optional. The day does not need caviar to feel special.
4:45 PM | OLD NEW YORK COCKTAIL

King Cole Bar at The St. Regis

This is where both versions of the afternoon reconnect. Walk in, look up at the Maxfield Parrish mural and settle in for one proper cocktail before everyone disappears to get ready.

WHAT TO ORDER
If you want the St. Regis story in a glass, order the Red Snapper — the hotel's signature Bloody Mary tradition dates to 1934. If that isn't your drink, order what you actually like. The room is the point.

THE REUNION

Everyone back together for cocktails.

WHERE KALLAN WOULD STAY

The St. Regis New York

The St. Regis New York at night

For the trip where everyone packed an outfit they were waiting for an excuse to wear. Fifth Avenue is outside, King Cole is downstairs, and the hotel itself becomes part of the weekend.

THE DETAIL WE LOVE
If you stay here, ask about the St. Regis Butler Service when you arrive — it's exactly the sort of polished extra that makes a girls weekend feel easier.
5:30 PM | THE RESET

Go back to the hotel. Seriously.

Feet up. Music on. Shower. Champagne if you want it. Change into the outfit you didn't want to carry all day. This is part of the plan, not dead time.

KALLAN TIMING
Give yourselves about 90 minutes. Aim for an 8 PM dinner so the reset actually feels like a reset.
8:00 PM | DINNER

The Grill

Dinner should feel like the payoff. The Grill gives you the Seagram Building, midcentury New York glamour and a room where getting dressed up makes sense.

KALLAN MOVE
Order for the table first, then lean into the classics. This is not the night to rush through dinner just to get somewhere else.
10:30 PM | ONE MORE

Casa Cruz

If the group still has energy, don't end the night by searching “bars near me.” KALLAN's move is one more beautiful room: Casa Cruz on East 61st. Go for a nightcap and let that be the ending.

KALLAN RULE
If everyone is happily done after dinner, be done. A great girls day doesn't need to turn into a 2 AM obligation.
